The DR-A series blow molding machine is a two-step manual preform automatic blow molding equipment manufactured by our company.

From one out of one to one out of six, the maximum can blow 0.6 liters, 2.5 liters. Suitable for blowing any crystalline plastics such as PET and PP as raw materials

Shaped carbonated beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, large-caliber bottles, cosmetic bottles, high temperature resistant bottles and other packaging containers.

Using advanced microcomputer control system, stable performance;

The conveyor automatically feeds the cup;

The infrared lamp tube is used for heating, with strong penetrating power, the preform is heated by rotation, orbital revolution, heating is even, fast and reliable;

The width and height of the lamp tube and reflector in the heating zone can be adjusted, and the preforms of different structures can be used for heating, and there is an automatic temperature exhaust device to ensure the constant temperature of the drying tunnel;

Each mechanical action has a safety self-locking device, when a process fails, the program will automatically switch to a safe state;

Each action is driven by an oil pump, which has the advantages of no pollution and low voice;

The air circuit design divides the action and blowing into three parts to meet the needs of different air pressures for blowing and action;

Using high pressure and double crank arm connecting rod for clamping, strong clamping force;

There are two methods of operation: manual and fully automatic;

Safe and reliable unique valve position design makes the gas path clear at a glance;
