   The DR-2500 series blow molding machine is a two-step manual preform automatic blow molding equipment newly developed by our company, which can blow 0.6L, 2.0L, 5L at most. Apply to
   
   Blowing any shape of carbonated beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, pesticide bottles, cosmetic bottles, high temperature resistant bottles and other packaging containers using PET, PP and other crystalline plastics as raw materials.
   
   Compared with other automatic preform filling series, the biggest difference between the DR-2500 hand-inserted preform series is that the BC-2500 series machine does not have an automatic conveyor to transport bottles.
   
   The blank (tube blank) can only be inserted manually by hand. The biggest advantage of the hand-plug design: It reduces the production cost of the machine to the greatest extent; it has a lower scrap rate than the semi-automatic bottle blowing machine.
   
   The production speed is fast, the performance is stable, and the operation is extremely simple. Will replace semi-automatic blow molding machine.

   Using advanced microcomputer control system, stable performance;

   The infrared lamp tube is used for heating, which has strong penetrating power. The preform is heated by rotation, orbital revolution, heating is even, fast and reliable;
   
   The width and height of the lamp tube and reflector in the heating zone can be adjusted to suit the heating of preforms of different structures, and there is an automatic temperature exhaust device to ensure the constant temperature of the drying tunnel;
   
   Each mechanical action has a safety self-locking device, when a process fails, the program will automatically switch to a safe state;
   
   Each action is driven by an oil pump, which has the advantages of no pollution and low noise;
   
   The air circuit design divides movement and blowing into three parts to meet the needs of different air pressures for blowing and movement;
